Fullflowcast
Made with care and unconditionally loved by our customers, this signature bestseller exceeds all expectations.
Flowforming
Flowforming is the most advanced cast technology to enter our wheel catalogue. It involves the application of pressure on the inner barrel of the wheel while spinning, after it has been cast.
This process stretches and compresses the aluminium alloy, increasing tensile strength, resulting in a cast wheel with properties near to those found in a forged wheel.
The final wheel is lighter, stronger, with improved elongation to absorb greater impacts without breaking, as well as an increased load capacity over regular cast wheels.
Wheels made using Flowforming are designated by the FF following the model name.
Forged Aluminum
The Forged concept is the ultimate and the peak of our technologies, surpassing the most stringent manufacturing knowledges, for an even higher performance, driving dynamic and structural integrity.
The mechanical and physical characteristics of a forged wheels are equally distributed throughout, on a molecular level, resulting in a far greater strength and stiff with extremely weight reduction, improving immensely the performance of the wheel when faced with impacts and high levels of load of stress.
Whether the application is for racing, rally, stylish concept for saloon vehicles, or luxury aftermarket, our forged wheels can be an utmost viable option, to ensure highest quality.
Forged Magnesium
Similar to our Forged wheels, BRAID Magnesium wheels are manufactured with peak competition performance in mind. They are the absolute pinnacle of BRAID wheels, not only in terms of strength and driving dynamics, but weight as well. Our aluminum alloy Forged wheels are already created with maintaining as perfect of a balance between strength and lightness as possible, but by moving to a Magnesium construction wheel weights were decreased up to 25%. BRAID Magnesium wheels are the absolute apex of racing wheel technology and will feel equally at home on any application from the racetrack to the road.
Whether the application is for racing, rally, stylish concept for saloon vehicles, or luxury aftermarket, our forged wheels can be an utmost viable option, to ensure highest quality.
Beadlock A
This iteration is what most people think when they hear the word "beadlock." It involves a removable lip on the outer portion of the wheel, that is bolted on to the wheel after the tire to prevent de-beading when running low tire pressures for offroading, and can also prevent the tire from rotating separately from the wheel or "slipping."
Beadlock B
The Beadlock B is different from most beadlock wheels as the outer lip isn't actually removable from the wheel. Instead, it utilizes specialty bolts that thread through the lip and pinch, or lock, the bead of the tire into the wheel. This is functionally different from a standard beadlock wheel, but provides the same benefits by allowing the usage of lower tire pressures and reducing the possibility of the tire rotating on the wheel under acceleration.
